My work on TV programmes involves creating visually appealing and attractive food dishes that look delicious on camera and represents and enhances the style and era of the programme. It is a specialised field of culinary arts that requires my keen eye for detail, creativity, and knowledge of various food presentation techniques. From selecting the right ingredients, preparing them in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and using various food presentation techniques and props to enhance the appearance of the dish.

Working closely with the production team I ensure that the food is presented in a way that is consistent with the show's overall style and aesthetic, working to tight deadlines and making changes on the fly as shooting schedules, lighting conditions change with knowledge of camera angles, lighting, and composition.
